  I love the store , I found everything that I need for my Cakes . But the store need a big place , to small , there is not enough space in the store and not enough costomer service for help , very tight all .

  Lots of products to choose from, but their customer service is lacking. I ordered some fondant/gumpaste letter & number cutters. I ordered 4 sets (different fonts). One of my sets came without the letters M-R (one strip of letters). I emailed them on 1/23/16 as directed on their shipping email. I never received a reply back, or even an acknowledgement that they were working on my order. I finally called again today 1/29/16 and spoke to "Sanjak" which is who I emailed. She remembered my email but said they were working on it. 6 days to reply? That is unacceptable. They were "looking for" the strip that was missing from my set. I'm not sure where they are looking for it since they don't manufacture it there, but that was her response. Finally she said they'd ship me out a new set and let me know if I need to return the old set. Meanwhile, I'm not able to use these fonts on my cakes since their customer service is severely lacking.
