  I'm a huge fan of Jack in the Box as far as food goes but it's like playing with a real jack in the box when it comes to placing an order. Employees are always clowning with each other, staring at their phones, or just plain ignoring you. Visiting is like turning the jack in the box handle And hoping someone "pops up" to help. Tonight was our 3rd incident in 2 weeks. Last week they claimed to be out of everything except fried food because they'd just cleaned the grill and didn't want to dirty it up. The next visit half our order was missing and no one bothered to apologize, and now their "system" is suddenly down AGAIN so they can't take orders. Why the heck are y'all open if you can't serve food??? Ridiculous to have a 24 hour place that's only operational for the first 8 each day. Its always the same group of young people every time the system or equipment are down, too....can we get some adults in there to show them how to run the place at night please??? We just drove 6 extra miles to a different JITB...and guess what... Their system works, the order is right,and even the grill and milkshake machine are fully operational... It can be done...but apparently not at this location!!!

  I am big on second chances and it never fails. Every time i come to this location its a huge headache. I have been waiting an hour got the wrong food. They couldnt understand me in drive thru and had to retake my oder again at the window. Like i said i got the wrong food and went back to have my order remade and have been waiting an hour. This place needs to be shut down! Or remodeled with all new workers and management.
